Refund & Return Policy — VELIRIN

(2-Day Return Window)

At VELIRIN, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is not suitable, we offer a simple and quick return process.


🔄 Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must meet the conditions below.


Return / Exchange Eligibility

Your item is eligible if:

  • Product is unused

  • Product is in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Return is requested within 2 days of delivery


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Personal care products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or personalized items


💸 Refund Method

After we receive and inspect the product:

Prepaid Orders

  • Refund to original payment method or store credit

COD Orders

  • Refund via store credit or bank transfer (if approved)

Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after the item passes quality check.


📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at support@velirin.com

  2. Include Order ID, reason, and product photos

  3. We will arrange a pickup (if available in your pin code)

  4. Product reaches our QC center (2–4 days)

  5. Refund / exchange processed after QC clearance


🚚 Return Pickup

  • Pickup is available in most locations

  • In areas without pickup service, customers must ship the product to our address
    (We will share the details if needed)


Damaged / Wrong Product

If you received:

  • Wrong product

  • Damaged product

  • Missing accessories

You must report it within:
➡️ 24 hours of delivery
with unboxing photos/videos for claim approval.


Important Notes

  • Multiple returns from the same customer may be rejected

  • VELIRIN reserves the right to approve/reject returns based on the product’s condition

  • Refunds will not be issued if the item fails QC
